Shipping policy

Delivery & Collection Policy:

We currently offer delivery within 35km of Balcatta, WA 6021.

Deliveries are every Thursday from 7am-3pm. If selecting delivery, please ensure someone is home to receive your order or place a cooler bag with ice bricks in a shaded area at doorstep. 

Delivery windows are approximate and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. 

Sweetly Perth is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. 

If no one is home, we will do our best to leave the order in a safe, cool place. If there is no safe location to leave your order or we cannot access the property (apartment/locked gate, etc.) then your order will be marked as undeliverable, and a redelivery fee may apply.

You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS when:

  • Your order is ready for pickup, or

  • Your order is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.

Collection Policy

Pickup details, including the address and time window, will be provided via email or SMS once your order is ready for collection the day you select

Missed or Late Pickups

If an order is not collected within the agreed pickup window and no prior communication has been made, Sweetly cannot guarantee the quality or availability of the order.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for missed or late pickups should no communication be made. 

Responsibility After Pickup

Sweetly is not responsible for any damage, loss, or quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after pickup.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup, including all relevant collection details - This will be communicated the day of pickup.
